provides such a perspective and coaches individuals on
important ‘next steps’ in advancing their careers.
Objectives
The
Novations 4-stages model is based on over 25 years of research
and experience. It serves as a practical model for both
management and technical professionals. At the end of the
workshop, each manager will:
• understand how the
4-stages model can be used as a practical and powerful career
development model
• have learned a realistic division
of responsibilities for career management
• have prepared an
action plan to implement career development discussions
Content
Increasing
white-collar productivity using the 4-stages career
development model
Using presentations, group discussion,
structured exercises and small group work, the workshop will
cover:
· the 4-stages model for professional and
technical careers
· coaching for career
development
· action planning for implementation
